Ms. Garcia has been with dintea for 4 years, having joined the firm after ten years in the fashion industry. She has a highly commercial background, having managed the budgeting and forecasting process at the group and regional levels within the manufacturing and fashion industries. She has led and successfully delivered advisory projects around feasibility assessment, design, and implementation of Centers of Expertise for management reporting, planning and analytics, design and implementation of new operating models for Finance, as well as defining and embedding business partnering roles in Finance.
